pet chip transfer

i am faye hatcher and my sister lois eastin has filled out paper work to transfer paper work . for a poodle from carls huskie from san anglo texas to me and she wrote 24petwatch a check ck#8718 for the amount of 59.95 and i recived the same paper work to fill out again i think this is a scam so i will be going to the state att. with this along with a copy of the check
