24Petwatch is NOT an insurance company! - Health Insurance

This is scam company that collects premiums and defers or defaults on claims. Between the paperwork and the time delays and the phone holds and the processing problems, they've managed to collect 5 months of pet insurance premiums while processing a single claim. I can't believe they haven't been shut down by an insurance regulator or gone out of business by now and I really can't believe Purina sold my policy to this incompetent and questionable company. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone who loves their pet or who plans to ever take their pet to a veterinarian.
