24 Pet watch - are just a money making SCAM
I'm sorry to say I waited 7 weeks for delivery of a large red heart tag that was supposed to warn people my dog is chipped and have his name and phone number on the other side .... I told the rep he is a Service dog with multiple IDs but she says that makes him 'theft worthy ' and this warning tag will be useful ... SO it arrives TINY CHEAP thin weak little tin heart you can get anywhere for $2.99 not $19.99 with a tiny l-o-n-g unspecified number on it you really cant read and their LOGO off centre badly printed on the back.
I waited 20 mins as usual to speak to someone and he was unbelievably discourteous from the get go, went on and on, totally unprofessional, irrelevant
he tried to push MORE products_and asked me 'do I remember where I got my dog from'?
What?
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY the Supervisor said just tell her no dice.
I am so upset, He even personal insulted me and told me I'm stuck with it as they cant RE use this 50c tag I need to be left dumped and also $20 out of proket?
