Their customer service is anything but. I ordered a pet tag that I'm unhappy with. I have to wait 24-48 hours to hear from a manager to address the problem. Ridiculous. On the card that came with the item it promises that if I'm unhappy, just call and they'll fix it. Not even close. When I asked Nikki at customer service if she could record feedback from a customer to pass on, she informed me she has no ability to do that. So, do they know what the function of customer service is? Apparently not. Such a waste of time. The tag is not as promised and is damaged on receipt and I have to put even more time into dealing with it. Apparently every call/complaint has to be escalated to a manager. Am super frustrated and would never order anything from this company again. If they can't get deal with a simple tag more efficiently I'm not optimistic about their insurance or other services.
